Ever since bloggging became popular I took a pledge: never to do that. How come it’s so interesting to write about your own life and share it with the whole Internet (or at least, whoever would find that piece of page in the billions)? The first few blogs I wrote were the typical ones: ”I went to the McDonalds today and the toy for the Happy Meal was soooo cute! :D ”. You know the deal. Your life isn’t as interesting as you think it is.

But that’s not what this is about. Blogs are now also used for sharing information – useful information. You’re not interested in what I did today, but you are (hopefully) interested in what I found out today. What new bands I have discovered. What useless piece of information I found on the Internet. All that sorts of stuff.

And this is what this journal is about: whenever I find out something I find interesting and something cool I’ll share it with you guys – that is the two only people reading this.

This journal is just starting and I need to find out how to change the layout. Wordpress interested me because they have an easy template system where you just have to write down standard PHP-code inbetween your layout. But I still have to check out how to create proper layouts, seperating the design from the code (as they say).

So this will all go slowly. I’ll post something every few days. Hope you’ll enjoy this as much as I do (and I don’t know how much of a choir this will be for me!).
